Serenity Esthetics is hiring an experienced Aesthetic Injector to lead sales and service at one of our day spa and med spa locations in the Midwest. We are recruiting injectors in Houston, Texas, and we provide a relocation package to help you move.

This is a sales-focused leadership role. You will perform injectables, sell day spa and med spa services, and manage our estheticians and technicians.

• Average total earnings of $180,000 per year (hourly pay plus high commission)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Botox, dermal fillers and other injectables within your scope of license
• Lead consultations and sell personalized day spa and med spa treatment plans
• Manage, coach and schedule our estheticians and technicians
• Reach monthly sales goals and build long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Active multistate (compact) RN license, or an NP, PA or physician license
• Hands-on injectable experience and documented training
• Proven sales results and a confident, consultative style
• Experience leading or supervising a team

Schedule & Availability

Full-time, based on spa hours and appointment demand. Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-focused environment with varying appointment volumes. Specific schedules and availability expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.
