Key Responsibilities

• Perform facials tailored to each client's skin goals.
• Lead consultations, skin assessments, and treatment plans.
• Recommend products and home-care routines.
• Keep accurate client records and follow sanitation protocols.
• Build long-term client relationships through attentive service.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska Esthetician License required by the start of employment. Candidates pursuing Nebraska licensure through reciprocity may also be considered.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of skincare, skin analysis, and product recommendations.
• HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning experience preferred.

Schedule & Availability

Part-time to full-time, based on spa hours and business needs. Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-focused environment with varying appointment volumes.
