Key Responsibilities

Perform customized facial treatments based on each client's skincare goals
Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analyses
Recommend treatment plans and appropriate home-care products
Maintain accurate treatment documentation
Maintain treatment rooms according to sanitation and infection-control standards
Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service
Stay current on skincare products, techniques, and industry trends
Collaborate with fellow estheticians and front desk staff to create an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

Active Kansas Esthetician License (required) or close to Kansas reciprocity
Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning preferred
Experience with microneedling and chemical peels is a plus
Ability to educate clients on treatment recommendations and home care
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
