Serenity Esthetics is hiring an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team in Des Moines, Iowa.

We welcome licensed medical professionals from a range of backgrounds, including RNs, NPs, PAs, and physicians. An RN license is not specifically required; you must hold a Iowa professional license that authorizes you to perform cosmetic injectable treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Administer neuromodulators such as Botox and dermal fillers within the scope of your license.
Conduct client consultations, assessments, and treatment planning in line with licensing and supervision requirements.
Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, potential risks, and aftercare.
Keep accurate treatment records, including products administered and areas treated.
Follow protocols for sanitation, infection prevention, medication handling, and complications.
Build long-term client relationships and work closely with the spa team.

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Iowa professional license for cosmetic injectable treatments, or eligibility to obtain it before beginning clinical duties.
Hands-on experience administering neuromodulators and/or dermal fillers.
Documented training and demonstrated competency in cosmetic injection techniques.
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, indications, contraindications, and complication management.
Ability to practice within Iowa licensing, prescribing, and supervision requirements.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and sound clinical judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multiple neuromodulator and dermal filler products.
Advanced training in facial aesthetics and injection techniques.

Schedule & Availability

Part-time to full-time. Scheduling is based on spa operating hours, appointment demand, and business needs. Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-focused environment with varying appointment volumes.
