Serenity Esthetics is hiring a Front Desk Client Coordinator in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Be the welcoming first point of contact for every client and keep a busy spa running smoothly. This role combines customer service, scheduling, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and answer phone calls.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Handle check-in, check-out, and payments.
Keep client records accurate and the reception area tidy.
Coordinate with estheticians to keep the daily schedule on track.
Answer client questions with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications

Front desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Friendly, organized, and comfortable with computers and phones.
Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
Handles client information with confidentiality.

Schedule & Availability

Full-time and part-time. Shifts generally fall between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM. Rotating Sunday availability may be required. Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-focused environment with varying appointment volumes.
